Three Gifts You Can Knit Before Christmas 2017

Three Gifts You Can Knit Before Christmas

In one special evening, you will discover how to complete three different but fun-to-knit projects just in time for the gift-giving season!

Join us on November 15 to learn, have fun, enjoy complimentary refreshments, and receive a 10% discount on all yarn and knitting notions!

This unique workshop will be divided into 3 segments, one for each project, and participants will need all supplies before the event begins.

Project 1: Shark Mitts

Shark Mitts

These cute Shark Mitts are from Morehouse Farm (Pattern $5), and Knitting Instructor Jan Parson has secured permission to use their pattern for our class. We will be using 220 Superwash from Cascade Yarns to knit this fun gift, and Jan will show you how to sew them together and add the teeth (provided).

Project 2: Killarney Lake Hat

Killarney Lake Hat

Looking for an easy and super stretchy hat? Linda Schwalm will walk you through the Killarney Lake Hat pattern from Cascade Yarns. This hat looks good and feels better! The pattern was designed for Cascade's Spuntaneous Worsted and our sample was knit in Cascade's 220 Superwash Aran Splatter, either yarn is a great choice for this gift.

Project 3: Wine Bottle Sweater

Wine Bottle Sweater

Who doesn't love Christmas sweaters? Thea Chambers will help you start a Christmas sweater wine bottle cover knit in Cascade's Heritage Prints sock yarn. Once you learn how to make these tiny sweaters you won't ever want to let your wine go naked again!
