Refund & Shipping FAQ's
We strive to offer high-quality service to all of our customers. If you have a question which has not been answered here, compliments, suggestions or complaints, please direct all correspondence to the shop owner at 1-517-438-8459 or email@example.com.
Due to the unique nature of our business, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any online order. We cannot make any exceptions to this rule. If you receive a defective product please call 1-517-438-8459 or email firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
We may occasionally run short on an item. If that occurs with your order, we will call or email you to give you options, which may include: accepting the quantity we have in-stock, substituting a similar product, waiting for stock to replenish (if applicable), or canceling your order.
All orders are shipped US Priority Mail through the United States Postal Service. At this time, we cannot ship to non-U.S. addresses. Shipping is free for orders over $100. For all other orders, we offer $5 Flat Rate shipping. (Policy updated April 28, 2017)
We also offer free in-store pickup to all local customers. If you choose the "Pickup In-Store" option on the checkout page, we will not ship your order but will instead package your order and hold it until you arrive at our shop, located at 118 W. Maumee St. Adrian, MI 49221. Please DO NOT choose this option if you would like your order to be shipped to your residence.
